1:1 Coaching Terms and Conditions

By purchasing this product you will agree to the following contract. This coaching contract ("Contract") is entered into between Nami Julia Hampe ("Coach") and [Client's Name] ("Client").

  1. Services Provided: The Coach agrees to provide personalised coaching services to the Client during a 70-minute personal online session via the platform Kajabi. The coaching session will focus on addressing the Client's unique challenges and aspirations related to their photography business.
  2. Scope of Coaching: The coaching session will cover various aspects of the Client's business, including but not limited to creative blocks, pricing dilemmas, client management, and other challenges identified by the Client.
  3.  Coach's Responsibilities: The Coach will provide expert guidance, support, and strategies to help the Client overcome obstacles and achieve their business goals.
  4.  Client's Responsibilities: The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching session, be open to feedback and suggestions, and take proactive steps to implement the strategies discussed during the session.
  5. Confidentiality: Both the Coach and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the coaching session. Any information shared by the Client will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's consent.
  6. Limitation of Liability: The Coach shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching session, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  7.  Cancellations and Rescheduling: Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. While I understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide as much notice as possible. I may also reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring any changes align with your needs.
  8. Intellectual Property: You agree not to reproduce or use any materials provided during our coaching series without written permission. These materials are for your personal use only.
  9. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
